Welcome to Shree Pashupatinath Foundation, USA. Recently the Nepali presence in Southern California has risen dramatically. Although there are many temples in the United States, there is not yet a single temple that is dedicated exclusively to Lord Pashupatinath, an important aspect of Shiva. The original temple of Pashupatinath is located in Kathmandu, Nepal where thousands of Hindus throughout South Asia make a pilgrimage on the day of Shivaratri. Therefore it is imperative that we build a Pashupatinath temple and a community center in Southern California. The Pashupatinath temple project, which will combine Svayambhunath Buddhist temple, is extremely important for the identity and wellbeing of the Nepali community. The purpose of the Shree Pashupatinath Foundation, USA is to serve the religious, cultural and social needs of communities by providing appropriate environments and support systems for the establishment of many programs. we invite all of you to support the Foundation
